Aerospace enginnering

What kind of work we have to do in aerospace engineering course. I am now in 12th and buying a laptop, needed to know if their is any minimum requirement on the laptop specs. Like do they have to do any graphics or designing work on their laptops 'cause for that I'll have to get a strong processor pc.
