Videos keep skipping back to earlier point in the video. Lately(like the last 2 or 3 weeks) I'll be watching a video on YouTube and then randomly it will revert back to an earlier point in the video. The amount of time seems random, too. Sometimes it's 45 seconds sometimes it's 45 minutes. It's not a network issue because it seems to happen regardless of where I happen to be.
