Have a question about UTS app Hey Mumbaikars, I need one small help. I have a first class local pass on my phone which is valid till 22nd January. But the thing is I need to factory reset my phone. In the app it says it is not recommended to factory reset as the ticket “may” be lost. Is there a way to actually perform factory reset without losing the ticket?
