My experience of a day in a biggest Political party meeting Recently i went to a party meeting conducted im Motihari Gandhi Auditorium. The agenda was connecting with ground level party workers and understanding the strength and weaknesses at booth level. I found that not a single person who was Panchayat president having at least 10th pass im entire Motihari District. Even the ex CM was struggling to make them understand what is his point or trying to understand.
