Like a lot of 1st FNDRS i was super cocky when I started and thought I would be a great leader + manager. Fuck no. Being the lead creative with a team of 3 other motivated members makes most things generally work because it’s collaborative. Once your startup gets traction, general interest for people to join, your team grows past 8+ people it slows you down insanely. It's not just about sign boards in Gujarati! In my time, we had a same level of difficulty for Gujarati and Hindi language subjects in school. Gujarat board treats Hindi same as Gujarati in every aspects upto 10th std. So we carry additional (unnecessary) burden of studying 3 languages: Gujarati, Hindi and English.
