Why it seems easier to get away with rape kind of henious crime then divorce proceedings for men in India? On an almost daily basis, we see so many rape and murder convicts getting easy bail and reprieve from crime punishments. On the other hand, men governed by the Hindu Marriage Act find it hard to get fair relief in divorce cases. This doesn't seem like even a feminist-biased legal system issue.
