Link InTime is absolute worst POS. Barely responsive and made me lose almost 5k in various fees in order to dematerialise old shares, and simply sends me a return saying i have to do it again, and absolutely no extra guidance on how to do it better. I have shares of Aroni chemicals of my grandpas, which became Saraswati Commercials. I still have the Aroni Chem certificates, and was trying to process dematerialisation, for which they said you need to have the original share certificate, or duplicate. (Link Intime acknowleges new cert number and shares on their folio) and so I applied for duplicate certificates. They told us to make 2 x 500 rupee stamp papers, one for affidavits, and one for indemnity. Processing the whole thing, along with notary charges and other misc, costed me... 5 1 replies
