At GVP Rushikonda in an auto while moving a boy is kissing a girl in public and the girl is in her college dress and the boy is an exact replica of chapri and that girl is also not opposing it. I am not saying it is wrong to do physical, doing that in a public place that too in broad daylight is wrong. PhD admission criteria Is the PhD criteria mentioned on the site strictly followed or the authority can provide any exception? I have a friend who wants to do PhD but he neither has a masters degree nor does he have above 75 percent in bachelor's. What he has is over 12 years of industry experience and a post graduate diploma (1 year duration; completely online).
