Disappointed by the Mismanagement at IIT Bombay Techfest. I was really excited to attend the Techfest at IIT Bombay this year, but the last three days have been nothing short of a mismanagement masterclass. Almost every event was poorly organized, leading to chaos and frustration among attendees. People had to wait in line for 2 to 3 hours just to enter a hall or auditorium, only to be told that the venue had reached its capacity. In some cases, nearly a third of the people in line were asked to leave because of space constraints. It's disappointing... 1 10 replies

Growing hate among the Ranchi people Recently came across the post where someone asked what do you want to delete from Ranchi, And I'm seriously concerned with the responses like tribals/hindpiri, I mean I know we don't live in an utopian world and people like the divide, be it racism/casteism or whatever. But having grown up here, I've always felt a close connect among the city dwellers and been friends with people from different walks of life. This is the real India which needs upliftment I have been serving in Sagroli Village of Maharashtra for sometime now. Today, I had a chance to visit the houses of the Orphaned, Single Parented and Under Privileged Students in the neighbouring villages who live in our hostels. It was an extremely humbling and eye-opening experience. I also found out that there are hundreds of more students living like this, unable to study and need our help. Why startups burn cash I dont understand what is point of geting funds and hiring 20 pepople, if you can do same results with 3-4 people? Having offices in US, everything is ridiculously expensive, you can do same in Europe, with same quality employees. I heard that many VCs require startups to move to US if they want to get investments. So whats the deal, why they do that, and why startups burn cash?
