My opinion : Udaipur is overrated city and exaggerated in social media I've recently been to Udaipur and felt that city is overrated as a tourist. I didn't see Rajasthan culture in Udaipur unlike Jaipur and Jaisalmer where you get to explore local culture in terms of food and people. Jaipur has some of best good I've ever tried in my Rajasthan trip. Udaipur old city is not so clean and you see trash everywhere you go.
