Had a really bad New Years eve

TLDR.- I am a part of staff in a nice resort in Mumbai. We were working a 12-hour shift, because, of course, the new year. Duplicate Icon fix on on Mac?

Hello, I have problem that when I try to open app, second (same) icon appears everytime. Is there any easy ways to make only one icon?
