Flat in city or Villa in the outskirts? Why and why not? I like flat in the middle of the city (BH/JH), wife likes Villa in back of beyond (Tellapur, etc.). I like the idea of a villa and the space but can't afford one in the city and I definitely don't want to move to Tellapur where there's nothing around in terms of restaurants, bars, retail, etc. No kids.
