On the portal it says "dispatched" and it's been a week since it was dispatched. Lost ₹1000 to PNB atm fault. Hi folks, 2 months ago I tried to withdraw ₹1000 from PNB atm in mogappair using Kotak debit card. Machine said transaction failed screen, no receipt, no SMS, no further dialogue so I left the atm. When I checked the transaction history it displayed that I withdrew ₹1000 from ATM. I raised complaint to Kotak that transaction failed and they checked with PNB and said they have no evidence that they didn't face failed transaction.
