Why Jodhpur loves so much besan?

I am from Uttar Pradesh working here in Jodhpur. Next month, I will complete 1 year in Jodhpur. One thing, that I love is food... lots of food. Now, what I have seen here, people love eating besan so much...like gatte ki sabji, Sev tamatar, mirchi vada, everything has besan in it. So, why do Jodhpur loves so much besan? Also, there are stalls of panipuri, dahi Puri, sevpuri everywhere but why not aaloo tikki, aaloo chat, samosa and all?

broken macbook screen, can connect with extern monitor but external keyboard/mouse doesn't work (usb). help!

so i accidentally broke my macbook screen (and the keyboard isn't working either) and i'm desperately trying to log in to my computer. i don't know what to do. i just bought a new external monitor so i would be able to log in to my computer, i can see the screen on the external monitor but i can't type anything in. how should i solve this if i can't make the keyboard nor the mouse connect with my computer? i'm so annoyed i feel like nothing is working...

ISKCON & their constant spam

Is there any way to block ISKCON from reaching out to me over phone. They are literally begging every single day to donate.. the message frequency is like twice a day. I don’t even follow them & haven’t given my number even once, yet every single day I am getting messages over WhatsApp & normal messages to donate..
