Is it true that RTO is closed for both New Year's Eve and New Year? I booked the Ather bike on 18th Dec, saying that the bike would be delivered on 26th Dec but they said that the colour I booked wasn't available so I went with the one they had which was red. Again, on 26th Dec, they said that the vehicle would get delivered by 31st Dec (stating reasons like the intended colour wasn't available, that's why the delay and all).
