A tip to improve 5G performance on any Motorola phones (or in general) You need to disable band n28 and use band n78 only. My moto G54 has special network menu that can be accessed by dialing *#*#4636#*#* (yes i know this menu is old as android is but Motorola added a option for 5G). I don't know if any other brands has a menu like this. Band n78 signal is extremely sensitive to everything, i mean, don't even sneeze while downloading anything.
