While technology has advanced rapidly, classrooms continue to focus on memorising facts rather than fostering critical thinking or practical skills. Modern industries demand creativity, adaptability, and technical expertise, but Indian students are often left unprepared due to outdated teaching methods. Skill-based education, like coding or financial literacy, remains absent in most schools. Technology is used sparingly, especially in rural areas, creating a digital divide that further disadvantages students. This...

Livefeed: Digvijay, Karan, Viv, Avi & Rajat

All guys working out and having a heart to heart conversation about social work. Such wholesome segments should be put in the main episode, we are investing our energies for moments like these. But makers will rather show cringe moments, crap useless chuglis and love angles.

Near term Macro outlook for India

    - **GDP Growth**: India's economy grew at around 7% pre-COVID, but recent figures show a slowdown to 5.4% in Q2 FY25, highlighting challenges like weak consumer demand and high inflation. - **Inflation**: Inflation has been a concern, sometimes exceeding 6%, affecting economic stability and consumer spending. - **Unemployment**: Despite growth, unemployment remains significant, especially in rural areas and among the youth, necessitating labor market reforms. - **Fiscal Policy**: The government is on a path of fiscal consolidation, aiming to reduce the fiscal deficit, with expectations of continued discipline. -...

    Suggestion for the sub

    You might hate this, but please hear me out... Could we consider a rule whereby posts from people looking for co-founders or early employees or whatever clearly label the nature of the compensation? For example: - `Looking for a co-founder` ❌ - `[Equity only] Looking for a co-founder ` ✅ - `Need a software engineer ` ❌ - `[Day rate] Need a software engineer` ✅ - `Looking for a CFO ` ❌ - `[Equity + Noodles] Looking for a CFO` ✅

    Make me understand stock split

I had bought Mazgaon Dock Ship stocks at the start of the year. The news is that the stock will undergo a split. I don't have much knowledge about how stock split affect the investment or whether it even has any impact. Any explanation to understand stock split, its split ratio and impact (if any) will be helpful to learn more about this.

URLs from WebStories (Visual Stories) are coming as thin content

Lot of URLs from WebStories (Visual Stories) are coming as thin content. Generally a web story contains 7 - 8 plates and when we do the analysis on Screaming Frog, a lot of them are marked as thin content. Any impact on the rankings it may have?
