"Bahurupi" Scam active in Belapur. I encountered scammers last week in Sector 11, Belapur, Navi Mumbai, and spotted them again from a distance yesterday at the same location. They wear police uniforms and claim to be collecting donations for an orphanage. They carry a diary filled with fake donation entries (Rs 2000, Rs 1500, etc.) with bogus names to pressure people into contributing.
