Token Advance - Legal Understanding Paid 30k as token advance through GPay for a place I was planning to move in and backed out the same day. Yes, stupid decision. 🤦🏽♂️ We have email communication regarding the token advance payment and no formal agreement for the token advance, hence no refundable/non refundable agreement.
