I know Sequoia Arc mentions they accept startups "at seed stage". NOIDA=GURGAON RE Prices I was checking properties in Noida and Gurgaon. Since I already have a couple of properties in Delhi, that location was out of the question. I was surprised to see that Noida's prices are somewhat equivalent to those in Gurgaon. Societies with very low build quality are charging ₹7,000-10,000 per sq ft. Societies with acceptable quality are charging ₹15,000 per sq ft, while Godrej and other big builders are charging ₹25,000 per sq ft. Plot prices are also similar.
