Need help in treating mental illnesses

My brother is suffering from mental illness, * completed his BE but not going for job * He went to ultiple jobs but returning back home within 1 month * Talking to insects, not stable in decision * Aggressive towards parents when they advise * Without informing moving to other cities and comes back after few days Need to treat him, tried few hospitals and he is not eating medicine.
