Lucknow development authority is a bunch of egoistic and money hungry executives

Context- My dad is a retired cop and during his service he bought a plot of land in the early 2000s in south of Lucknow. After he retired, he used up all his retirement funds to try and make some shops so that he could have an added source of income after retirement. Now whenever we try to build something on our own land Lucknow DDA interferes and user force to tear everything down. We have spent lakhs and lakhs of rupees to achieve nothing but a pile of...

Is it safe to buy electronic items on Zepto/Blinkit?

How safe is it to buy high end electronic items on Zepto or Blinkit in Chennai? Will the packaging be intact and is the product somehow not good enough to be sold in regular stores (for example, a Dyson Airstrait being sold at 40k)?

    Need some resort recommendations

Hi, my friends and I are planning a relaxed stay at a local resort for a few days. Our group consists of 5 guys and 3 girls, all over 23 years old. We are looking for a place where we can drink privately, preferably with beachside access. Additionally, if there are provisions for barbecuing, that would be great. To be clear, alcohol consumption will be strictly within private units, with no public drinking. Are there any such group-friendly resorts in Chennai that meet these requirements?
