Simplify overlapping MF

Okay so I’ll keep this short. On the Coin app, I have portfolio of some 30 lakhs and total 22 mutual funds. (Tho just 5-6 hold 80% of the value) Looking at the comments from other similar posts on this sub, I have started to think if I should re-structure the funds by first analysing the funds that overlap with each other. Too many people looking to relocate to Mysore

From last few months I'm noticing this trend of people from various places from TN to Delhi wanting to move to Mysore for no real reason. Two people I know personally asked me for rooms / PG in Mysore and both are from metro cities. This really scares me as I notice the traffic too is increasing a lot lately. What do you guys suggest to avoid too much "crowding" of our beautiful city? What can we do?
