What have you experienced or observed in your school, looking back, which makes you think that some teachers were proper psychos? I’m convinced that many individuals who are part of the teaching community are not equipped mentally to be teachers. How reliable are the mental health workers and the anonymous feedback and complaints chatboxes/phonelines in corporate companies? Can they be trusted? I ask because I've recently joined a new company in Bangalore and I've noticed that there is a lot of emphasis on mental health. We often have sessions about it and some of the employees (usually in the managerial/team lead/trainer level) are assigned mental health care worker/counsellor responsibilities. So in case you are stressed out as an employee, you can approach some of them for "help". But.... I'm suspicious about how well this actually works out. I think i should quit riding I have crashed quite many times almost 6 times in a span of 2 years. Mostly meri galti bhi nahi hoti. 2 times I almost died due to internal injuries or coming under a bus. Today I literally just revved it slipped along with a friend sitting behind. The garbage collector takes 150 per house, is it normal?
