Should tourism be banned/ limited in Uttarakhand ? I think Uttarakhand government should set a limit on "tourist" in uttarakhand . We all saw what happened in mahakumbh prayagraj . Then in Bihar. This video is from Bihar which i shared on this sub in which train was damaged by this "religious tourist" who were going to mahakumbh. Probably majority were without tickets.
