Looking for a 2BHK on Rent for 2-3 Days in Ganeshpeth for this weekend

I need a 2BHK flat or similar accommodation in the Ganeshpeth area for rent for 2-3 days. It’s for my guests (12-15 people) to stay and rest. Clean toilets are a must. Need Advice: Buying a Flat or House in Nagpur Within Budget

Traffic Block - NH 544 (Perambra) towards Thrissur

Sequoia Arc terms (I will not promote)

My team is considering applying to Sequoia Arc, but we've already completed one other accelerator type program with MFN terms. I know Sequoia Arc mentions they accept startups "at seed stage". I'm wondering if Sequoia Arc's terms (which I know are negotiable and not published) are more like other accelerator terms, in which case it might not make sense for us to even apply given the MFN status our other accelerator has and the total dilutive impact.
