Do you miss normal Dosa. Every hotel I go now has some oil dipped paapad being served as dosa Nowadays most hotels have dosa’s smeared in oil. Also it’s really crispy at some portions. We have specially request them not to put ghee or oil. would love some recommendations of like normal old school dosa.(side note: saw a kid eat dosa with ketchup.
