Do you feel that customer service, after sales service etc are getting worse and worse in India? Most companies don't even share a phone number or email ID now. The few who do, their waiting lines are huge or they try every way to not let us speak with any human. Sales is quite opposite. Too many salespeople. This is called poor governance.
