Hey guys I’m looking for a job and the apps don’t seem to work (Civil Office work) I have worked in Delhi for about 9 months and left due to health reasons and I have applied for about 3 weeks now and I don’t seem to be getting anything worth my experience or anything close to my last salary here, can anyone help me out if they are aware of a job opening in their office/Company? Plots for investment One of my family friends suggested to see for some open land plots in Hyderabad. Preferred size - 900 to 1100 sq ft, which is 100 to 125 sq yards. Near ORR, where after 7-8 years I can build a house and get decent rentals. Budget is: 15-25 lakhs. Is my budget too low? Which areas I can look for. Recommendations for TVS Service Centers I've recently moved to Vadodara and I need to get my 2nd service done for my TVS scooty. I've heard good things about the Zummerwala Service Center at Chhani Road. The TVS person recommended the Avian Service Center but I'm not sure so would love to get some reviews if possible. VC funding yes/no? I'm looking for a co-founder and almost all of them are talking about external funding, accelerators and all kinds of ways to give up equity... I'm not really that keen on that and am more than happy to bootstrap. The question is, why are so many people obsessed with vc funding?
