bigapplehead for removing reviews? Has anyone had experience with this company for removing reviews on GMB? I’m currently trying to dispute a malicious one-star review, possibly left by a competitor. Not only do I not recognize the reviewer’s name, but they also misrepresented my industry and the services I provide. I’ve responded to the review professionally, flagged it, and escalated the issue to Google, but they ultimately refused to remove it. Something that started in prominent cities like Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru has now reached the Northeastern regions and other smaller towns in India.
