Why keep upper lights on while driving? I have been living in the US and have been to numerous road trips there but recently had been on a pretty long road trip in India and one annoying thing which I noticed was people continuously had their upper light on. I understand it's needed at some places where there's no street light and is completely dark but I noticed people just use it always everywhere which causes heavy disturbance to eyes and increases the chance of accident. 2 5 replies

Chandigarh Airport to Solan Hi everyone, We are a couple (26M, 22F), will be going to Himachal in the last week of February. We have flight landing to Chandigarh airport at 7:00 PM and we are planning to go Solan from there via Cab. Is it safe to travel Solan from Chandigarh airport at that time ?
