According to you, what measures should be taken to revive tourism in Goa? I talked to my German friend who has be coming to Goa from 8 years now and my friend told me that they might not come from next year because the prices have risen but the quality has remained the same. My friend added that previously they didn't mind the quality because everything was so inexpensive but now everything has somewhat luxury price but the experience is "not-so-luxury".
