Is sector 11 khoparkharne a nice area to live? I have a option to get a 1RK opp near reliance fresh, not a tall building. Urgent help needed.. I got two options either get 1rk in sector 11 or 1bhk in chawl / slum area sector 12 khoparkharne. I am confused as the 1bhk is very spacious, building does have a small wall around & floor is also 5th. But it's around a total chawl/slum. Other option is 1RK in sector 11 but space is half. Small kitchen seperate washrooms. Good view, peaceful environment. But I do think will be little short of space for washing machine. Both are available for same price. 5 0 replies
