Why are Indians so well behaved in the middle East but behave so bad in other countries ? Why are Indians - be it tourists, professionals or workers so well behaved and cause no problems in the middle eastern countries like UAE, Saudi or Qatar but they behave very badly, have poor civic sense and cause so much trouble in Europe, SE Asia or North America ? Water bill without connection I have been getting this message every other day since 2-3 month now. Irony is we do not have any such connection at home .
