I wake up at 6:30 on a usual basis and now bc of all the dreams, I've been waking up between 8:45-9:15 something. Haven't been to the gym in a week. PLEASE HELP

Santosh Nair's "Bulls, Bears and Other Beasts" offers a fascinating exploration of the Indian stock market, filled with anecdotes, insights, and valuable lessons. Here are five key takeaways from this insightful book: 1⃣ 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: The stock market is a marathon, not a sprint. As Nair emphasizes, patience is crucial for long-term success. Avoid impulsive decisions and focus on the fundamentals of companies you invest in. 2⃣ 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Don't put all your eggs in one basket. BRTS Planner Needs to Reconsider These Designs

Ye jo blue line hai, iss area mein continuous BRTS hai aur beech mein turn lene ke liye koi raasta hi nahi hai. jaha par arrows hain, waha logon ko kitna wrong side mein chalna padta hai ya poora ghoom ke jana padta hai. Road bhi jyada wide nahi hai. Agar ek bus/truck road par hai, toh baju se two-wheeler bhi nahi nikal sakte. Ise upar se wrong side se aane wale log (jo unki galti nahi hai) aur bhi zyada problem create karte hain. It increase the chance...

I started my investment journey in Sept 2023 and was at approx 20 % profit till a few months back. Today morning its come to 3.7% profit and falling more. Is this the time to hold the shares and do nothing ?Many people around me have started selling but I feel I should wait for market recovery.

Looking for some advice from the experienced people.

I just really dislike this fact. I don't think there should be any differences. But as kids grow older and reach a certain age mostly in their 20s is when parents all of sudden get this life responsibility and stress about marriage. Either they stress the kids so badly that they...
