how do you deal with overarching emotions

out of the blue, these days, my emotions are a mushy gooey thing. i am constantly having a meltdown on random, insignificant incident which probes no actual harms. this has been a constant thing. i am constantly on edge. this cannot be PMS because we won't be meeting until the next month. i am pretty sure this scenario isn't a stranger to the world. but like, how do I deal with this? how do I manage emotions and be more logically and mentally astout?

Building an AI agent for SaaS SEO, need help

Hey guys, I am building an agent that will create 100s of articles for SaaS companies (MOFU) keywords. It's almost ready but I want to have it integrated with Semrush and the API is only available at their Business plan which I don't need for anything else atm, seems like overkill. Anyone here have a business plan on Semrush? If so I could give you the agent for free to make content for you or if you are running an agency for your clients in exchange for trying out...
