Seems like people of other states are not much about the ethnic diversity of Uttar Pradesh. They need to know that not all people in UP speak Bhojpuri. UP has many ethnicities with many languages too. Apart from Hindi, languages like Awadhi, Braj Bhasha, Bhojpuri, Khadi boli, Bagheli, Bundeli, Kannauji are also spoken over here. Eastern Awadhi speaking districts needs industries. All the industries are generally based in cities like Lucknow, Kanpur, West UP, etc. Even Prayagraj, Gorakhpur, Varanasi, etc have developed alot but Eastern Awadhi districts are developing at a smaller pace.
For example:- Jaunpur as a district leads in UP in terms of Sex ratio, HDI, literacy, etc. but still it has lower GDP per capita from rest of the districts of UP, also no significant amount of industries are there in this district due to which people are prone to migrate...
