For e.g. drills damaging walls on other side, wall mounted TVs leaning on one side, etc. You also need to be careful as to where the septic tank/sewage system is located and not choose flat there because they frequently empty it and closeby flats are impacted the most in terms of smell. Many construction companies try to build low quality to save costs, if you have no other option than flat, maybr factor this in and have expectations set right before jumping into otherwise you might end up with disappointment.
