There's a shop called RUPA tailors in BRP Road, One town . Just wanna tell something I've heard the last time I was there. I was there with my mother who was collecting her dresses. The shop owner was telling another customer, " Quality lo em compromise undadu andi, Minister Anitha garu unaru kada, Madam kuda ikkade cheyistaru Anni."
I didn't really know what to make of that statement, I don't know if it's true but it made me chuckle inside when I heard it.

How do they even conduct such surveys? No statistical tool is going to be accurate or roughly accurate ..
Only accurate data could be collected if each and every citizen is asked directly at the time of sensus ..that would be the legal way.
Illegal way would be to put the whole population under surveillance through phone monitoring and bank activity monitoring.
Facebook or Google could have the data technically. They could sell it to indian government.
