I’m cutting right now, and to maintain my muscle mass I try to have atleast 200 grams of protein. For this I’ll have a scoop of whey with milk as preworkout, and for meals I’ll have around 700gm of chicken/fish, grilled, with a side of lots of vegetables for fiber. If you have an airfryer, it makes prep easy, and helps avoid oil. It’s good to aim for 2g protein /kg of body weight when you’re trying to gain muscle. Preferably you can get protein from whole food. It is quite an expensive hobby, so keep that in mind. Don’t forget your fibre!! Otherwise you’ll be constipated and that’s miserable lmao. Dm for any other info
