They don’t feed them properly; instead, they let them scavenge for food in trash or rely on the kindness of strangers to feed them or rescue them when they get into trouble.

Encouraging these individuals means enabling those who are taking advantage of others. This may seem like just a poor person trying to make a living, but think twice—do you know how much money they actually make? Do you know how much they spend on livestock feed? It’s nowhere close to what you might expect. This is nothing short of a scam.

If you see someone raising cattle in the city, please speak up against it—or at the very least, don’t encourage them.
