Though My opinion may sound irrelevant but as a Maharashtrian I feel south specifically some tamil people regard as anyone who speaks Hindi are north indians. No matter how many times I explain or not, they don't understand there is west, east, north east and remote parts of India are also there. We also have our different primary language yet we are clubbed with north india. When I was younger and was in my hometown, I had a clear image which is north or south or west or east. But since coming here I don't care nor I want to argue with these people.
