Pricing, quality, attention to detail and brand image. Triumph bikes don't feel like cheap bikes made for India as a leftover. They look and feel like the big triumphs with smaller engines. Quality and engineering is top notch. I've ridden 3 triumphs and none had any kind of weird quirky thing you'd see in something like ktm or pulsars or RE etc. No bad welding job, wiring issues etc. When triumph launched it was the cheapest 400cc 40bhp bike which put lot of eyes on it. Other than triumph there was ktms which had bad brand name, dominar a fundamentally flawed bike along with plenty of issues and the Japanese twin cylinders like kawasaki. So triumph being a prestigious brand offering great value without compromising on quality was why it took off really quickly here

People have been complaining about Bangalore traffic for 20 years, I have not seen a single initiative to help traffic in this time, just some random one ways and such.
