There is absolutely something intentional about this because: (1) They don’t tweet in Malayalam usually. It appears to be operated by non-Malayalis (maybe KC Venugopal’s or Sunil Kanugolu’s team). A vast majority of the statements they put out have nothing to do with Kerala or our local politics. Despite a state election being just one year away! (2) They don’t tweet like this from the main congress account. The content is not replicated on any other handles. It is very intentionally being sent out from the Kerala handle.

Either a small group of people have control over this account and they are operating in guerilla mode without any supervision or coordination within the party OR it is being done intentionally because directions from the top is you do this from the Kerala account because for whatever reason they don’t want Madhya Pradesh or Karnataka or Himalaya or Delhi or indeed the main congress account to tweet this kind of content.
