YouTube mobile glitch

When I start a video it opens directly to full screen and I can't scroll the home screen or do anything on the app after it opens. I window the video and when I try to scroll the home page It just moves the video around instead of scrolling. In the video I'm not touching the windowed video I'm trying to scroll through the home page
