Video keeps returning to the start partway through

Recently on the YouTube whenever I watch a video for example that's an hour long... I start watching the video and that partway through the video of all of the sudden it refreshes returns to the start of the video. The screen didn't turn off, I didn't go in and out of the app. I literally didn't touch anything! By itself no matter what video I watch, after the video plays for a little bit the app just refreshes automatically and kicks me to the start of the video. This never happened before and all of the sudden now it's happening all of the time. Why? Help!
