Yall is it just me or is anyone else getting this glitch on YouTube?

For some reason, every time I try to open a YouTube video, this screen pops up. At first, I thought it’s just this video,but when I tried to open some other videos, it still appeared. So I then tried to delete youtube then redownload it, but it still appeared for those videos. Is this also happening to anyone?
