why can youtube have drones bombing peolpe and scammers with ladys showing off bits on short videos but us little youtubers cant get a view ???

Rant !!! I am sick of seeing war videos / drones killing or women being a bit naughty on shorts videos. I cant get a view on shorts then get 500 on the same short after i delete the short with 0 views its mad . Its like youtube have blocked me getting any views. I have also seen my channel views half over night from 16k to 8k ??? . Im starting to think all youtube wants now is me to promote my video to gain views ( which i would never do ) I dont comment on other channels and keep to the guidelines but something is blocking my views , for what reason i do not no ?
