Mobile Picture in Picture is completely unusable now.

Why cant I scroll my feed? Why cant I click on other videos why PIP is active? When I try to click on other videos on my feed, 80% of the time it maximizes the video playing for some reason. Same for trying to scroll, 80% of the time it moves the PIP instead of actually scrolling, more puzzlingly it randomly works 20% of the time. This is complete garbage, who asked for this?
