Is there anyway I can like, extra report someone?

There's this girl who keeps telling my friend to k!ll himself and $l!t his wrists and I keep reporting her but nothings happening. She also said that he called her slurs when she was literally the one who called him the f slur and literally IN HER BIO she says she's homophobic. She's went on probably 20 rants about him in the past 2 weeks saying all this stuff. But like is there a way to kinda report her directly to someone? Just something more drastic than reporting her normally ig. Oh and she's also made fun of the way he looks and the way he types (due to a literal disability) she also defended z00philia
